Katrina Kaif is a gem for the Bollywood Industry. Her mother was British and Father was an Indian Kashmiri but she is very poor in Hindi. She has done lot of modeling assignments in London before coming into Hindi Film Industry. Her first modeling assignment was for a jewelry shop.

She was nominated 2 times for Best Actor (Female), 1 time for Negative Role, Star of the Year, Best Actress in supporting role, and Best Actress in leading role.
Her first movie was BOOM and was a big flop but Katrina proved her attitude and hard work in her two Telugu Movies 'Malliswari' and 'Pidugu'. She was the first actress in South Indian Cinema who had got 70 Lakh (highest amount so far) in a debut.
